I thinks lot of the foreign fans were invited because sm used this concert to mark their expansion into globalising kpop or whatever. Which is why we got the flag ceremony.

The only thing I've heard about the cancellation is the Liancourt Rocks controversy (dokdo). Which is odd, so I'm guessing something must have happened recently because its an ongoing issue and hasn't interfered with other artists promotions.
