Laptop FRIED!!! And not in a tasty breaded way, either. A couple of weeks ago when all the family was over and I needed to work on my paper, I took it out onto the back porch and worked out there all night in the dampish coolness. Well, it appears you aren't supposed to do that. I took laptop to a hole in the wall place near the Burlington Coat

Sorry to hear about Joe's and the laptop. Seems to be a bad time for technology lately. I had several things die last week and a friend of mine killed not one but two laptops in a week. :(
