Discuss comic books; I tell him I write mostly SF, he declares he likes fantasy, I throw him a few names and he has read them, I am impressed, and so I dig around and present him with one of my old business cards, with the PauC* website on it, on the off chance he's interested.)

Hi! Sorry if you also got my emails to your blotter account and this makes the third; I am honestly not trying to be annoying, eheh...it's just that I loved reading "Resurrections" and am going steadily mad that Book 2 is not available, short of paying $288 to a vendor who isn't you (as an aspiring writer, I like to support WRITERS not vendors...and admittedly as a writer I'm not *cough* exactly flush). Is there any way I might buy Book 2 directly from you so you get the money, not a random vendor, and I in turn can actually afford to proceed onward with your fabulous series? Kindle ebook, pdf, paperback, printout, whatever. I am desssperate. And of course I'm also re-reading "Resurrections" now just to torture myself with how excellently you write and your spot-on characterization with Javert. Honestly. I'm supposed to be writing my own novel, not flailing around in rapturous glee over Javert’s crisp dialogue and manly stoicism.
So anyway. PauC rocks. You rock even harder. Much admiration, aspiration, anticipation etcetera!

Oh rats, I'm having Book 3 shipped to me from the UK with no cancellation option. But I would utterly love getting book 2 from you in pdf format and more than happy to donate to your paypal account, as I know I will enjoy it. I have gmail (asano.garcia@gmail.com), which seems to accept 25MB max...if the file is bigger, I will figure out a way to get a larger account with a different email provider ( ... )

thanks again for the very nice words, they are motivating me to get this thing back up and running. The website has been dormant for almost a year :-/

I will forward the PDF to your gmail account once I find the right disk, assuming it's less than 25 megs. It should be. If not I'll figure out a way to upload it somewhere for you to grab and download.

I do plan on continuing the series. It's just been a weird few years. After all it took Hugo 30 years to write the original, I don't think 15 or so is so bad for the sequel :-)
