Hopefully my internet should be up and running at home within thenext couple of days. I find myself falling asleep writing entries :D miss you hopelessly xXx
If we were ever to video chat, I'm sure it'll show us two nodding off between mad blind typing... Oh wait, they have audio in video chats now, too. Well then, there'll be nothing to keep us awake then!
*Have you noticed how when you're tired, I'm tired, when you're swamped with school, so am I? That's oddly comforting. Like having a second twin:)
I know, I read it last night! Only thing I didn't understand was... is Thranduil still in the room? Because if he is maybe we'll get to see him kick Aragorn's ass again! Didn't he tell him not to undermine his authority with his son? And what does Aragorn do? Still thinks he knows best! Where's Elrond to slap some sense into him?
Also, totally loved it that Thranduil refused the palantiri. You go, T! But what exactly was the point to the meeting? Seems to me Faramir wanted to take out two birds with one stone and get everyone in the same room for some serious talk. ...Fail?
Methinks fail- and even if Thranduil had left the room that elven hearing would have picked up on it.
Also in the last chapter what was with Aragorn musing that all of his life, his and Legolas' mutual life savings and experiences had led to this moment when he would make the ultimate save? I've only read the chapter once and hastily but it still seems to me that Aragorn has that nasty chip on his shoulder.
Arwen relived(?) that Legolas not in the city. Hmmmmm... xXx
Arwen relived(?) that Legolas not in the city. Hmmmmm... Lamiel is a tease... Did Arwen tell Aragorn the grudge she holds against his relationship with Legolas? Cause you know it's going to keep eating at her and between the couple if they don't. I know she's probably hoping to grit her teeth and the matter will eventually resolve itself, but we know life doesn't work that way. ...and so should she, by now.
Here we go again: where are Legolas's brothers?!
We stop the scheduled programming to bring you this awful news: Legolas was just visciuoly castrated
( ... )
The Fellowship of the Ring is on TV at the moment- (Legolas just left me breathless being breathless as he arrives at Imladris :D) and I'm thinking of you!
LOTR trivia Ahoy!ns_tulkasSeptember 14 2008, 09:21:36 UTC
You should always think of me! Kidding. You have FOTR on tv! I want to see it on TV! All Legolas All The Time - there should be a youtube clip of that. I feel like if I don't have a LOTR marathon before the summer is over, then I must relinquish my 'mad fan' button. Alas, my dvds are in my flat 4 hours away! Is there a LOTR equivalent for "may the force be with you?"

I am in need of a marathon as well. Has been over a year and I am ashamed... but we do do an awful lot of other... stuff...
