I've had no access issues, but I was guessing other people had because I DID get free time added to my account... This would have been a couple of weeks ago probably, so maybe you're talking about a different issue, but I've always found them pretty good with the free time.

Yeah, i've gotten lots of random extra free time, but this time is the first time i've actually been affected. And it's weird- like Frank doesn't even pop up, it's just dead space instead of the flist or my journal. :/
