Not sure yet. What sort of deadline do you have?

Program submission deadline is Feb 29, but I know that for the Quill Track panels (which I'm coordinating personally), line-up changes/topic adding will happen into March/early April. I believe Femme will be doing some similar behind the scenes work w/ the fandomy formal programming -- confirming panelists and whatnot after Feb 29. So there's time to figure everything out :)
