The ensemble was completed by high heels and a small hat- all in all, it resembled a nurse's uniform.

"Hm?" Tyki was too busy enjoying the view to pay much attention to what she was saying. "Something the matter with it?"

"I-it's indecent-!"

"To whom, exactly?" He asked, reaching out to take her chin in his hand, leaning forward to smirk against her ear. "You had offered to be my private physician, after all."

"I didn't mean like this-!" Miranda squeaked and then gasped as his hand slipped down to snag the red, crystaline choker around her neck. "Tyki-" Her voice was just this side of panicked

She made a soft, frustrated noise, but he didn't pay it much mind as she unbuttoned and then pushed aside his shirt. Her fingers traced along the bandages around his chest before they moved up to tangle in his hair and he kissed her on the mouth, attentive and eager but never quite hungry and certainly never desperate

The night had long since bled into a haze of alcohol and neon lights; cab rides and cigarette smoke. At one point they had stumbled through the doors of a motel and gotten a room.

They'd kicked off their shoes and fallen onto the bed in a heap of drunken, innocuous laughter that quickly turned less innocuous with a few accidental touches and playfulness taken slightly beyond that.

They were clumsy at first, more used to the bodies of the other sex. But they were earnest and eager and oddly complimentary. Black and white met give and take; a strange interplay of constantly attracted antagonism. And when they tumbled in the sheets- and once or twice, off the bed- the black and white made grey.
