Hi Amy, would you please read over our caps and please put these into affect. As it has been such a long time before Sebastian was apped for Now Playing, he will not be considered for 'grandfathering' in things like his pureblood heritage.
We would also like to suggest that his father have another alcohol of choice, as butterbeer is a very week alcohol, and he's probably more likely to get drunk off liquor chocolates. Firewhiskey could be a suitable choice.
Finally, his dislike of drama, confrontations, and seriousness does not seem to go well with his elected future career. You may wish to consider different personality aspects, or a different career.

As you have apped Sebastians in the past, and as this one does resemble the past ones to some extent (while he also has differences) we'll need to you let us know how you consider him- as an old character, or a new one? We will also need you to state this in a backstory request post to the entire community once he is approved, to help prevent confusion over past backstories.

Would it be all right for me to have his grandmother be a Halfblood, but his parents both be of Magical descent? Making him... something like 8/10ths Pure? That's not Pure Pure, but... it wouldn't make sense for his lineage and such to have him anything but having both parents Magical and such.

As for his dislike of drama/confrontations/seriousness... I believe that, rather than being a bad thing for his career choice, helps him. Now, I know that seems kind of strange, so I'll elaborate on it for you, and you can decide if you see what I mean or not.
His dislike of confrontation doesn't mean that he won't confront people. It means that he doesn't like fighting, and he tries to find another means of getting through things. Which means that he's able to step back from fights and arguments and say, "Okay, this is what's going to happen," rather than simply getting himself in trouble all the time. The fact

Okay, the blood thing isn't okay. He needs to have at least one Muggle grandparent... otherwise he is still considered a pureblood, and in violation of the caps. I would also appreciate it if he was from middle class full stop, but upper-middle is at least better than rich.
Why would butterbeer ever be in there in the first place? Was the father ever three feet tall, or a house elf? O_O
I understand that the dislike of confrontation could be an asset, but I find it hard to comprehend that anyone with a dislike of confrontation would want to be in auror... so I just need to know that you have considered what a confrontation-disliking person would prefer to have as a career, and that this isn't just 'I want glory', but a thought-out decision.
And it's fine that he's new, but please let people know that come the intro post time :)
