Please refer here for the caps and the rules on dropped characters.

Annabelle was officially dropped by the player. Therefore she is an NPC and the claim on her as a PC is gone.

Also, I'm assuming that you're still talking about Amy taking her over? Please note the cap on one student per year.

Hey! Sorry for taking so long to reply!

There was a suggestion amongst Officials that she could be submitting her articles to the paper but they were getting edited? This could explain the sensationalist spin and lead to her frustration in wanting to quit, if you wanted to have a background reason/plotty drama to work with. This is just a suggestion obviously :)

Basically, yes. You can play away with what ideas you have! :D We apologise for putting her in that position in the first place though and THANK YOU for coming to us! We really appreciate it.

I would really, really like to know what's going on with the app. I know it's a re-app and therefore probably doesn't take priority

It is, and it doesn't, basically. You can still play him while it's still pending. Unfortunately my home life has been rather hectic this week, and I have been unable to reply to the re-apps as promptly as I would like. I was however planning to do it in this hour break that I have at uni, and it will be done before I go to my next tute- even if I have to be late for it.

This app isn't able to be approved in the current condition that it is in, and that is what is going on with it. Thank you for bringing your concerns to this page rather than contacting other mods, I very much appreciate that, and would like for you to do it in the future.

Anyways, YEP, PERMISSION GRANTED AND ALL OF THAT. You can change it on his app if you'd like. Though I think you'll need to join np_platform again.
