I would like to know the total length of time that each person has been a mod and how much of that time has been spent on hiatus.

Agreed.

All I want to know is if the mods are there and doing their job. There's no point in being a mod if neither is met, right?

I'm so not good at coming up with questions.

I agree with this one too. AS WELL as Destiny's above. It's helpful when you feel a mod is completely approachable to talk about problems, concerns, comments, etc.

OKAY, I'm going to just try to answer these questions and hope it doesn't turn into a rambling/ranting mess.

FIRSTLY, I'd like to know which mods do which stuff, because it seems (to me, at least) that some do a lot of work and some do very little.

SECONDLY, I think that the mods should be available, reliable, and accountable. I'd like to think I can talk to ANY of the mods when I have a problem (which, right now, I don't really think I can. Maybe that's just me, again, whatever. W/E.)

THIRDLY, Um. Keep up the good work? I'd say something like REPORTS but I think that'd be a lot of work, so just BE COOL.

okay, I am thiking of a few things and as I think of them I'll post them

1) I'd like to know what mods do what, and how much they have been contributing to the community etc

2) I'd like to know if the mods are HAPPY in their current roles, is continuing to be a mod something they wan't to do? Or are they finding it way to stressful?

3) I'd like to know the mods are totally approachable and despite what RP or other drama they have had with you in the past, you can still feel comfortable coming to them as a mod

1. Question to answer: Do you feel that having so many mods is helpful and necessary?

2. Qualifications: Enough time to do the job and enough character not to be unfair.

3. Requirements to be met: Perform your duties in such a way that people know you're doing them.
