Hogwarts Attacked!
On what was supposed to be a happy night for Hogwarts students, the unthinkable happened. A group of You-Know-Who's followers had managed to enter to school, and waged an attack. We at the Prophet are sad to report that one student, a second year Hufflepuff by the name of Charles Carlyle was killed in the attacks. A memorial service is expected in the upcoming week. Many other students were injured, though word from school officials is that they have been treated and are recovering nicely.
Fortunately, some of those involved in the attacks have been caught, and are currently being held in Azkaban. They are: Gabriel Salix, Corina Mayfield, Chris Corwin, and Patrick Raynard. Trials are to come in the next few weeks.
Reports coming from the Ministry of Magic are also indicating that in light of recent events, Aurors are indeed to go back to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, though we were unable to obtain names from our sources.
These events have left the wizarding world again questioning to competency of Albus Dumbledore.
