Monday, April 3rd - Late Afternoon on the Lift (somewhere between floors)

Lenore was only just now coming into the office and she didn't intend to stay long. She'd spent all weekend down in Mysteries working on her current project. Even if she'd been able to stay away for any length of time on a normal weekend, Lenore was particularly loathe to abandon things during something as potentially chaotic as April Fool's Day and things had been running well. If she'd been less talkative and more of a workaholic than usual lately she didn't care to question it. It was, however, time for a bit of a break. She'd been quite producitve but eventually one had to sleep and home was a preferable place in which to do so. A few hours caught here and there in her office didn't quite do it.

There was just one thing Lenore had to check back in on before returning home and possibly eating a real meal; one idea that had popped into her head after a good deal of sleep and needed to be tested or at least fleshed out on parchment before she could go back to her flat and attempt real relaxation.

This time Lenore did make a face when Ed stole her coffee. It was her first cup of the day, after all. It wouldn't do to have him drinking all of it. Then again, she supposed he had paid for it all. Damned logic, hamstringing her.

"Is it then? Well, whatever are you going to do with the hours left in the day now that you've fulfilled your purpose?" she teased, taking the mug back from him pointedly.
