So here's a question, assuming Mitsuki doesn't have the cancer in Mayfield then that would mean she couldn't see Takuto, right?

I would think so, yes. Because I would assume that that would mean Eiichi's ghost isn't with her. You know, because Mayfield is evil like that.

Not yet. He's only got the basics of basics.

She'll be able to see him if he makes himself visible to the living like he does a few times in the manga.
