Sure, I can do that. Basically, it was showing us all the things Dean is feeling guilty about. Quick flashes of Castiel disappearing into the lake, Sam having hallucinations in the warehouse and then Dean killing Amy. I especially like that they're showing us that Cas is still on Dean's mind. *wibbles*
