How Far Along Are You? 31w4d

What's Up Physically This Week? Aches and pains of the back & hips like crazy.. I'm starting to get the pregnant waddle I think... I've had a cold since Saturday afternoon so I'm a bit miserable, but luckily it isnt a bad cold.

Holy stretchmarks batman (only on my chest & bum)... & am having a lot of discharge lately. super.

What's Up Emotionally & Mentally This Week? Im doing ok. Getting a little annoyed at my husbands laziness recently and trying to not get too mad at him for it but otherwise I'm doing good.

What Are You Reading - Books, Magazines, Web Sites? the usual's

Random Things Of Note? I have my appointment today at 1pm(est) .... another ultrasound/anatomy scan to check Efren's Kidney again to see if the fluid amounts are in normal range... Keeping my fingers crossed that things have worked themselves out.

Bought my glider this weekend, and my changing table is being delivered on Wednesday!! All I have left to buy is the pump. Yay!

i was having *sooo much* discharge and i brought it up with my doc (because mine also was stinky) and i had some sort of infection. after i basically had to beg her, she gave me a treatment for that and i've been nearly discharge free since then! its like living in a different world.

How Far Along Are You? 33 weeks tomorrow

What's Up Physically This Week? I've reached the point where the number of trips to the bathroom each night are insane. Once a night? Okay. Twice a night is somewhat doable, depending on how early I went to bed. Three to five times within six hours? Just not on.

What's Up Emotionally & Mentally This Week? I'm really crabby & irritable. I know it's mainly because of being pregnant, but then, some things are really worth being irritated over, too.

What Are You Reading - Books, Magazines, Web Sites? Re-reading Magical Child.

Random Things Of Note? We're going to manage to get a nice rocking chair after all! Whee! It's one of those upholstered ones that also rocks, not really a glider.

I think 7 times in one night has been my record so far. It's usually at least 5 tho. :/ SO sick of that!

I actually remembered the date in my first pregnancy where I last slept all through the night, because it was already so rare by that point!

How Far Along Are You?

33 weeks 1 day (why are these last weeks draggggggging on?

What's Up Physically This Week?

I feel SO huge and am SO tired all the time. Hip aches are back when trying to sleep and I have a lovely lower back pain settling in now too. :P Also on the tmi front, I keep getting gastrointestinal yuckiness, so that combined with all the BH contractions has me convinced this baby will be an actor because he's so into 'dress rehearsals' for the big day! :P

What's Up Emotionally & Mentally This Week?

So far so good with the emotions! I haven't killed anyone or had a crying fest this past week! :D And I only pulled the "I'M PREGNANT!" card once with the husband. :P

What Are You Reading - Books, Magazines, Web Sites?

Nothing new...

Random Things Of Note?At 10am today I'm going for my last ultrasound 'for growth' and this is where, last time I was pregnant 8 years ago, they were all like, 'omgz you're having a 12lb baby and it'll HAVE to be by C-section!!' when in fact, I did not and she was not. She was 8lbs6oz ( ... )

I think the "too good to be true" feeling is relatively common. I distinctly remember within the first day after my son was born having the thought "I hope I get to keep him." wt..?? I still have no idea why that popped into my head! He's sitting on my lap making it hard to type right now. ;)

I hope it's just a common pregnancy though, and not a "gut instinct" type of thing. :( I would die if anything happened to my daughter!

34 weeks tomorrow.

Not much. Lots of hayfever.

For some reason have started to worry hugely that everything will turn out alright, that the baby will be born healthy in every way.

Haven't been reading anything baby specific. Weather has finally started to fine up, so lots of work in teh garden. Also lots of getting stuff ready around the house.

Going to speak to the midwife about the gestational diabetes tomorrow and whether or how I can drop the whle thing. My blood results have been so good the clinic have cut down my testing to twice daily (which is a relief on my fingers), but having had a second and third opinion now (one from a rather highly qualified and experienced paediatrician), I am more convinced than ever that I don't belong in this one size fits all group.
