Anyone out there speak Portuguese? At least I think it's Portuguese. Someone left this video as a comment on chapter 3 of The Innocence Slips Away and I have no idea wtf it means. If anyone can translate or at least fill me in of what it is I'd appreciate it! wtf??

This has been turning up on a bunch of LJs recently, including mine. I promptly deleted it because no matter what it is exactly, it's highly inappropriate for them to be dropping it randomly in people's posts.
I think it's something political, but I know nothing about it.
