I cannot explain how much I adore this story. I love Mike's power. And how Rachel saved him. <3 I think she needs to believe she was meant to be a superhero so she doesn't think she's a monster. Poor Rachel. <3 Can't wait to read more!

I'm really excited to see the pattern of slowly revealing all of the back stories for the New Directions team. This is going to be so cool. I never would have guessed Mike to join up first with Rachel. His power is absolutely perfect too. I've always seen Mike Chang as the one who sits quietly in the background and knows everything about everyone, but just sort of lets it flow. Definitely a secret keeper.

I love the alternation between what's happening and how the gang got together. A part of me is thrilled that there are 29 parts, and another part of me wants to gnaw my own arm off because the anticipation is driving me nuts!
