If you can't tell the difference between a garden hose sprayer and a gun, you shouldn't be a cop.

Citizens are held to a higher standard than police officers in this matter. In fact, accidentally shooting a plainclothes police officer is deemed a worse crime than accidentally shooting an unarmed citizen who has not been trained to kill.

I don't really expect anyone to do anything about this.

I've never understood why anyone ever sleeps with a door unlocked, if locking it is an option.

I mean, I get why the creeper should be caught and I don't want to be victim blaming, but really, if you're planning to be unconcious for eight hours, lock your damn door.
