Hey Brigid! Glad to hear everything is working out at the library. I'm thinking of going to gawk at Patrick's big outdoor inauguration fest at noon tomorrow (Thursday). Are you, or do you have to start your labors in the land of rare books?

(It occurs to me that LJ-commenting is perhaps not best for local communication. I think you have my phone #, if you want to talk, or you can e-mail me (same user name) at yahoo.)

May I add that not only do I know how you feel, but that it is horrible, HORRIBLE, to have to pee while on the subway?

It is not all I am eating! That is just for when I am at home, alone. I will also be meeting friends and people out, so I promise to get very healthful things at such occasions when I can (burritos?). I also get 10% off at the library cafe, which means that I can buy a 10-dollar sandwich for $9. !!

At any rate, I had such a lame experience with the Wendy's in Copley today that you can be assured I won't go there again unless it is dire.

Aren't the Brandenburg Concertos amazing? I'm listening to Art of the Fugue (on viols) this very minute.

Your diet seems beautifully balanced, compared to the culinary creations in the Rockies. Today for dinner, the dining hall served, I kid you not, coconut-covered turkey with maraschino cherries and canned pineapple; pallid pork loin with baked-apple slices; and the sketchiest meatloaf ever concocted. Enjoy your ramen.
