haha of course she had to go! keeping her at home was not even an option. but now of course i'm on the edge of my seat for the next "gala" installment - i've probably already said it but this fic is far too addictive. the characters are all so spot on! it makes me wish i'd found it when it was finished so i could read it all in one swoop. ah well. so is life. looking forward to the next update =)

"“I’m only number three?” Oliver asked sceptically. “Who beat me?” Chloe’s head swiveled slowly to stare at him disdainfully.
“Tell me you did not just ask that,” she ordered.
“Dude, you’re top three,” AC grumbled. “How is that not good enough?” Ignoring their disapproval, Oliver looked expectantly at Bart.
“Clooney number one,” Bart told him. “Wayne number two.”
“Bruce Wayne beat me?” Oliver exclaimed dubiously as he moved towards Bart and crouched down to look at the computer. “That guy’s a dick!”
“That little detail didn’t keep you off the list,” Chloe observed wryly, toasting Oliver with her coffee mug when he threw a scowl at her."

I LOVED THIS!!!! I LOVED this WHOLE section!!! I could completely see that scene in my head as I read it. I giggled so loudly at this! LOL What a great job you are doing with this! I am on the edge of my seat waiting for more. :)
Oh yeah, and I can't wait to read what you have in store for them at the gala! :)
