Looks shiny and I'm thinking you thought ahead to having to coat it with something or not.

Is this a commision?

I just had to fix my mig with a hot glue gun LOL, it's so old I dunno if I can get parts for the torch still but it works fine still after 25 years.

I'd love to see your shop someday.

Actually it's just mild steel, no stainless. I don't intend it to be an outdoor sculpture because of the thin sheets of copper that will cover the skirt. They would easily be vandalised. So it has to go inside.

And it's not a commission. It's going to be part of a big exhibition in the fall.
