The credit card receipt that I had to sign had a line for a gratuity.

So did the receipt I got on Tuesday at Fuddrucker's, which is not traditionally a place where you leave tips. Maybe it's just standard on automatically generated credit card receipts, or they're really hoping SOMEONE will be nice enough to leave a tip.
