Thank you so much! I really, truly appreciate that (and I'm glad you like my writing!), and the words of caution. I've been hearing them a lot. To be honest, I don't know how certain organizations recruit people if you gather me, but you've seen me rant about that before. =) Sorry, I will have to screen this again, but feel free to comment or e-mail me if you have more to say.
