Hi! Were you the girl in the tartan dress we ran into at Barnes and Noble? (I was the one in black with the green wig. ) Welcome to the community! :) I'm not going to Katsucon but I know a bunch of other people are! IIRC, there's going to be a lolita meetup on the Saturday, I think details are on the main EGL page.

For Katsucon, it looks like the lolis are meeting on Sat.18th somewhere between 2-5 at the Gazebo. :3

The comm had been quiet for a while but I'm glad it's gotten busier lately. ^^

If you're into last-minute things, there is a meet-up today [Sunday] for a tea. c:
"If everyone is still interested, I did book us a reservation for Valentine's tea on Sunday at a different location. It will be at the Cherry Hill Farmhouse in Falls Church City, this Sunday the 12th from 2-4PM. The cost is around the same, $28.
