Obviously BP, Shell, and Exxon are making billions; we've all heard about their obsene profits. But what are the governments/tycoons over in the middle east doing with all their profit?

we could start doing what brazil has been doing for a while now, grow massive amounts of sugarcane, its used to make ethanol. And its better that the kind you get from corn, Flex-fuel vehicles can run on 100% sugarcane ethanol!!
