In the past week I have:
-re-resolved to start a routine to actually make me a healthier person, because my body is slowly falling apart on me (the things I am allergic to...the joints and muscles that don't work...)

Mix tapes? It sounds weird but you could try watching 'High Fidelity'? There's a whole scene in it where he's talking about how to make the perfect mix tape.
I've never tried Zumba but I love the whole idea of dancing=exercise. The idea that you can get fit without the pain appeals to me.

No, that doesn't sound weird at all! I love that book and that movie, and I always forget his advice.
Yeah, me too. I like classes because they give you a specific time to be somewhere and you have a lot of motivation, and, like you said, less pain. You have to focus so hard on just trying to keep up that you sort of forget that you're exercising.

You need to watch Castle tonight so you can start on fic #1 and so we can talk about it! I may or may not be watching the episode again at work right now.
I don't really bother with order much on mix CDs, just kind of put it together how I think feels best. Starting it off with something that has a cool opening is good though, and then having the last two songs be the climax/denouement...that sounds dumb, but I guess I frame it like a story. Except that implies that I put more effort into it than I actually do.

I am getting there, I promise! I just have this thing called school. And, you know...a girlfriend. She occasionally demands attention.
No, framing it like a story makes sense. I think starting off with something cool is definitely important...I was thinking the first half could be more upbeat, and then the second half could mellow out a bit. But I always stress too much about these things.

So would you alternate between faster and slower, happier and mellower? Not, like, abrupt changes, obviously, but some variety? Sorry, I take these things too seriously.
