HOLY HELL, INTERNET, IF I WERE MORE EXCITED FOR THIS MOVIE I WOULD PROBABLY EXPLODE.

Ahem. I actually started geeking out today in tutorial - we were meant to be discussing Princesse de Cleves, but that got derailed - and we talked about comic movies and HOLY HELL I AM SO FUCKING EXCITED. You guys, he totally works as Peter Parker for me waaaay ( Read more... )

I thought you already had #2 and #2a locked down already. Why are you not to the writing part?

Getting there, I promise. And I just wanted other opinions.

That's allowed, I was just wondering. imho, Steve is always a deadly, giant cat. Always and forever.

Also, writing is hard. Why do we do this again?

Yes, I agree wholeheartedly on that one. I guess I'm just not 100% on Danny yet, for whatever reason? And Chin and Kono are still not positives either.

Plus Eduardo remains a mystery to me.

I really have no idea. I just talked to a friend over coffee about how the only thing I really love to do is a) painful as fuck and b) not necessarily a viable career option, in a way that's very different to other arts, I think. So clearly today is a good writing day.

OH MY GOD, SERIOUSLY, IT IS ALL I WANT IN LIFE, IF THEY FUCK IT UP I'LL CRY.

I remain attached to the idea of them adapting Civil War at some point, though I'm positive it'll never happen. That is my dream movie of epic proportions.

Fffffffffff, I would never recover if they did Civil War. I would end up in the theater sobbing my face off and rocking. ;___;

Because you anticipate that it would be that bad?

Well, firstly, you should totally read the books, they're excellent!

Secondly, I'm glad you think that fits! Now it's just time to find the perfect dog.

And thirdly, your icon makes me happy.

OH ANDREW JACKSON!!! I remember reading about him being cast as Spidey a couple of months ago and basically going 'huh!?' with a side of 'not sure if want'. How times have changed!

*ponders Eduardo's daemon* Something lynx-y?

Dude, seriously - I feel like he's legitimately perfect for the role. And that was before I was a total fangirl of his, too.

I had considered that, actually! I'm just not positive...like, I almost feel like that's too aggressive? I was originally thinking even something like a fawn, but I almost think that's TOO complacent. Difficult choices.

And now for the official correction: ANDREW JACKSON GARFIELD. \o/

I'm embarrassed to admit I hadn't heard of him before TSN. But now I'm beyond excited.

Mmm, you're both right about the aggressive lynx and the somewhat passive fawn. What lies in between those two?? Raccoon?

I am glad!

Yes, he is clearly a raccoon.

I think it would be hypothetically hilarious if you hypothetically made Eduardo's daemon a chicken. Hypothetically.

I AM GLAD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE FLAILING ABOUT SPIDER-MAN ALREADY. Oh my god, that picture, ohmygod. I am going to die before this movie gets here.

Hypothetically that would indeed be hilarious, if not a little cruel.

DEFINITELY NOT. I cannot wait for this movie, it is actually painful. GODDAMNIT.
