She has keritosis polaris(*spell).. its just white bumps on her bi-ceps and thighs, now spreading to her entire leg, its not painful, you can just see them when she gets hot, or sweats... "she'll out grow it" the pediatrician informed me, but i spoke with several other ppl that have it, and they havent outgrown theirs, but it has faded as you get older... so we take a LOT of oatmeal baths..

Thanks.. its mainly vanity reasons though.. my friend wont wear tank-tops/sleeveless shirts bc you can see them.. blah screw that-we live in FLORIDA! lol
Since she's bi-racial, the normal skin comment I'm thinking may mean she has eczema maybe? It was a concern with my daughter but it doesn't seem she has it.

thank you.. it was actually an accident (yeah right) but really she went to sit down and do "cris cross applesauce" and i was like FREEZE and grabbed that damn cheesy smile in the process.. lol.. but i wish it was eczema, you can at least get ointment for that and control it.. this isnt controllable! =o( but its not painful, or itchy she doesnt know its there, just a lot of special care with lotions, soaps, and detergent.. she didnt get it till she was about 18months old we noticed it... her brother on the otherhand ALREADY has it.. and hes 7 mo.

Karatosis Polaris (spelling) but basically it means her hair follicle grow outside of her skin, not under her skin... so it causes white/red bumps with a real dryness and cracking look, but the dr. says it doesnt hurt/itch and should outgrow it by the time shes 15-16.. but ive met a handful of ppl with it, who STILL have it and are in their late 20's to mid 30's.. it flares up when its hot/humid or when she sweats.. so its more of a vanity issue, than medical (by far)... =o(
For goodness sakes I am her photographer I took most of those pictures!!! I miss her!! :o( Don't for get bring them and your card Sunday!!! I'll hook you up! :o)
