[Finn was quiet this morning as opposed to normal mornings. He wasn't saying good morning to everyone, he wasn't trying to make breakfast, he wasn't singing or beatboxing, he was just sitting at the dining table, quietly eating his breakfast as he waits for the time to pass so he could go to school.]

[ Jade is still pretty much wiped out from the events prior, but she skipped school yesterday, so she decided to drag herself there today. It feels like a poor choice, and she's kind of wishing she had just stayed home. Then she spots Finn, and she perks up a little, though when she notices the black eye her smile fades. ]

[He smiles and waves, hurrying over to her.]

Oh, uh, I was greeted this morning by some older kids who tried to beat me up and steal my lunch money but I showed them what-for!
