[Burt has finally succeeded in getting an arm free of the webbing that's holding him to the stair railing, and after an uncomfortable amount of stretching, managed to turn the hall communicator on.]
[He's... yeah, stuck to the stair railing, and what little of him can be seen appears to be oddly impeccably dressed.]Hey. I don't wanna be a hassle

...Is that Marc Jacobs you're wearing?

Mm. Let's.
[Heading downstairs then! And of course, Kurt can't help bringing it up.] You really do look great by the way. I knew you were wearing Marc Jacobs. [He's both proud of his dad for wearing something that can't be bought in a camping or hunting store, and proud of himself for being able to spot it even when it was covered in webbing, and even with the hangover from hell.]

[OH HEY LOOK, it's the kitchen! Hopefully, by now, it's clear of anyone who passed out there... otherwise, Burt will just sort of awkwardly step around them as he looks for the ground coffee and the filters.]

Maybe...I honestly don't remember doing anything last night, really. And believe it or not, there have been stranger events, so it's really not that far-fetched. [He's going to help look around for the coffee and filters too, because he's a good son like that.]

[Oh, hey! The coffee grounds are in this cupboard! He waves the can a little in victory.]

Mm. If this is an event, then really it's just same-old, same-old at this point. ...Definitely one of the stranger ones though.

What counts as a normal one, then?
[Sets the pot to brew.]

None of them, really. ...There was one where the mansion became a hospital. It stopped giving out clothing, except for hospital gowns and pajamas. In addition, it also kept us awake for three days. [Kurt without sleep really isn't a pleasant Kurt to be around, so you can imagine how well that went over. He SIGHES.] This place is going to give me wrinkles from all of the stress, I swear...
