It had been a long day. A long day that had thankfully included a break for a shower and a change of clothes, but a long day nonetheless.

Angel was sitting on a chair by his bed, his feet propped up on his desk. He was looking at Callisto thoughtfully.

"Puppets. Some people think puppets are funny."

Rory smiled. "Not a problem. And back at you, since I had my own moment of dot panic. Not that it was the same," she interjected quickly. "Anakin's just a friend."

Parker folded herself down onto the floor next to Rory. "Hey. How are you? And, uh. Anakin?"

Rory shrugged. "I'm fine. Anakin's bruised up, but otherwise okay." She frowned. "Can I borrow your phone? He should be here but I'm going to get his voicemail because Fry's AFK for the day. Oh, and how are you feeling? You look better. Sleep okay?"

"Sure. I'm glad he was okay." Parker passed over her cell. "And I'm sore but okay; I slept like the dead. I ran into Zero though, and it wasn't pretty although I can't give you details, because it's on-going. She may not be very happy with you, if you admit to being in on this."

Rory dialed Anakin's number, and sighed as she got his voicemail. "Probably resting, as he should be." She handed Parker's cell back to her and bit her lip. "Is she very mad at us?"

"Very angry, on multiple levels, and with great intensity." Parker hugged herself. "And she had some good points. I hate when they make sense."
