How... would one celebrate Thanksgiving? I possess no prior experience to this so called holiday. What should be done?

From what I have been able to discern, you spend time with friends and family... and have a dinner?

You mean... You don't know? It's a good thing you're asking, because if you showed up at any dinners tomorrow wearing anything more than a potato sack you'd just be a disgrace!

The topics I have read merely stated what it was without elaborating on what one did.

Ah... A custom of humbleness? Is it a widely used notion?

That's how everyone I know does it. Something about living as some bum for a day to have gratitude for what you have. I hate it because you have to bring a meal made from nasty things you find in the trash and you can't even warm it up unless you have a garbage can to light on fire.

[Vianca is writing this down as some sort of Koopa tradition and makes plans to cross reference this :|c]

I see... I feel as though there could be many things you could create from the trash, as many people through away perfectly acceptable meals each day.

Thanksgiving is when you spend time with people you cherish and be thankful for the things you have.

Do you have any special ways of celebrating it?

It's tradition to have a large and plentiful feast. People even openly share what they're thankful for.

Originally, Thanksgiving was celebrated as a harvest festival and was celebrated to give thanks to God for their family and food.

Today it's traditionally celebrated by holding an extravagant dinner with friends and family and by giving thanks.

Do you have anyone to celebrate it with, Vianca?

I see... this seems to be the standard consensus.

... I am sure they all have their established plans. I would not want to intrude.

I don't have any plans at the moment.

...

Perhaps I would not be an intrusion then.
