Last year I went for
a month as a lacto-ovo-pescatarian during which I lost some weight. Since my own recent weight efforts are failing (I just bought another pair of fat jeans) and Lent is over, I've started the restriction again.
So, I've had tuna, tofu and cheese so far this week - with a little rice protein thrown in.

I'm doing a similar thing as you just to see how I feel at the end of two weeks. Supposedly you get phenomenal energy once the sugar is out of your system. We'll see.
I will say that I feel fine but when I'm hungry, I'm famished. Last night I ate a huge cheeseburger (no bun, mais oui) and at the end of it, I was like, "OK, still hungry. What's next?"
