Wow this hurts and I have my heart broken early Thursday morning ( 6 am my time). Every word that Fernando and Sergio is true and that makes this story so real because nothing is perfect in life and that includes love. What does Cesc know that I don't???

PS: I've been meaning to tell you that I read Co&DmW in one go before I read the 2nd chapter of this one. I just want to let you know that it's one of the most beautiful heartbreaking stories I've read. Fernando's trip to memory lane made me smile and made my heart ache at the same time. I've downloaded 'Still',the song is so perfect for the story and it's on instant replay on my ipod. Thank you for sharing that story. :)!

this was the perfect length to read during my lunch break hah.
I liked that Sergio basically tricked Fernando into saying that he still loved him. I like the flash back to when they broke up, to see it from Sergio's POV.
Of course he tricked him, because he still remembers how too ;-)
I debated whether to have Sergio remember something else, but then I thought it about it a little more & decided it was important for us to see the argument/break up from Sergio's pov.
'This Fernando will answer his question. This Fernando is angry and upset. This Fernando will speak before thinking.' -Loved this bit how he knew how to trick Fernando into telling him if he still loved him,and how Fernando knew immediately that he done it on purpose - just shows how much they know each other not just from there relationship but from being friends for so long even through the long seperation and how they've both changed over the years.
I do feel sorry for Sergio(and will love him forever :-), but from all the memories from Drive me wild my heart aches for Fernando and i'm so glad he got a chance to vent at Sergio about not only leaving but how he left and finally learned that it wasn't all his own doing.And that he didnt just fly back into Sergio's arms when he told him he loved him(but hope that will happen in the next chapter )

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to get across w/Sergio tricking him into answering his question....that they both still know each other so well.
The whole point of this chapter was for Fernando to be able to express his hurt & anger over the way Sergio left, and for Sergio to admit he'd been scared & that he'd been wrong. So I'm glad that you picked up on it.
