He's not running. He came to this city for a reason. He'll be around somewhere. Check the residential district, if you can start around Horton. Japan and Jojo are covering Marshall and I think Raph and his brothers have got Latimir.

Somehow I doubt he shot Cuddy just because he could. I don't want him getting into fights with anyone else, I would like to some answers out of him before we kill him if at all possible.

I had a feeling you were going to say that. We'll head over to Horton and see if we can find him there. With three of us it shouldn't take long to cover some ground.

So non-lethal damage would be the better route to take. We'll get our answers one way or another. I'll let you know if we find him.

It's not a problem. Jill and I are trained to track people down and bring them back alive for questioning. Usually we use a bit more non-lethal methods, however, looks like I'm out of luck there. In hindsight we should have taken his weapon - if this is even his fault.
