Oho. Lulu actually likes Shion! In that 'ha ha ha you don't drive me insane and are friendly' way. She reminds him a bit of Milly at times too, but not enough to warrant mentioning it. Mion is more the full on Milly double. But yes, he considers her one of his actual 'friends' here! Probably enough so that he might feel slightly bad if he were to ever Geass her. He'd get over it real quick though.
Well let's see here, this might be a little complicated! On the first hand Shion is Mion's big little sister who may or may not be older depending on who you ask, so of course she's gonna care and worry about her and all of that. On the SECOND hand, however, she is also kind of competition for Kei-chan, plus Shion megas teases her about lots of stuff sometimes so yeah. and on the third hand Mion is trying to figure out whether she likes Shion in the wonderful incestual way Shion claims she likes Mion, or just good ol' non incestual sisterly love. And on the FOURTH hand, and on one of the most important hands, when there isn't any flirting (or even when she is, you never know these things) and the teasing is at a minimum, Shion's usually fun to be around. So, add in all four hands and you've got a nice big pool of fun!
