We leave in a few hours for Saffron. Leader and I are going to take a walk through the National Park before we go, mostly so Leader can fill up a few more pages in his sketchbook. I've been to the park three times in the past few days, but I'm not tired of it yet. It's peaceful enough to give me time to let my mind wander

We'll have fun, I'm sure. I thought Leader had gotten over the nose-picking habit, but if it's not that, I'm sure he'll startle people with his far-off gaze. If it's not one thing, it's another.

I was going to train with Bidoof for a little before we left. He seemed less funny-looking than usual yesterday when I was with Magnemite. I don't want him to think that I don't still find him extremely silly, after all.

Ah, yes, he is extremely talented, that man.

I'm so impressed with your training schedule, Nino. Your Pokemon are looking so energetic lately - it almost makes me want to try my hand at proper training.

Our Leader is very talented, but I'm not sure if this qualifies. He's definitely one of a kind.
