I think we'd first have to speak with Heads of Houses and Professor Dumbledore to arrange the exchanges and transfers of points. Somebody would have to contact the Frenchies to organise the exchange there, I don't know if there's some immigration to deal with or whatever. Decorators must be brought in to help remake Cedric's room into something suitably swank for you and Pansy to share.
