The ship was still in a state in the hanger. It wasn't as bad as it had been. Lyssa had done a lot of work on it and had a few scrapes, ruined tools and piles of junk to show from it. Owen shook his head as he escorted Lyssa out of the medical lab. One arm wrapped around her waist, he was quiet as they walked, thinking. He was great at medical things, but not so much at the technical stuff. He just knew how this would go.

As they walked into the hangar, he looked around. "Okay, where it it?"

"Special." He nodded his head. "Yes, I can see that. She's a good ship." He patted the console of the ship, then turned to look at Lyssa. And yes, there was a part of him inside that was mocking himself for talking to a ship.

"I don't know. I had a bloody hard time naming our child. What do I know about ships," he said with a shrug. "Is it like naming a boat?"

"I don't know, I've never named a boat. I like the name you picked. Sure it took a while but I do. It'll be a while yet before the ship is done so you got time to come up with some suggestions." She stretched in the chair before closing her eyes.

"This isn't doing any work."
