That's a good idea, perhaps after getting volunteers a schedule system will help with that?

No doubt a processing method change, sometimes this sort of thing isn't avoidable. [She sighs, it's obvious she's thinking of something she had experienced before in her life.]

Not like a machine, but... like a court preceding. Sometimes things will happen that backlog the system, instead of having a steady flow, you suddenly have a lot at once.

Please tell me if you need anything, I'll be more than happy to do what I can.
