Bellatrix paced the confines of the chamber before the Dark Lord's voice summoned her into the room. She'd spent the past sixteen days searching for the culprits of the attack, wanting desperately to have an update that she could give her Lord.
Unfortunately, the only information she'd found was that an insipid woman with far too much clearance had possibly been attacked while no one else claimed to have any knowledge whatsoever.
Her irate expression turned feral as she contemplated the report from Neary. That had been one of her better ideas, if she did say so herself. Such a delicious piece of irony that put a small flame of enjoyment in the midst of all the uselessness and frustration of the Ball.
After she was finally summoned, she glared at the two men in the room with her before turning on her heel and entering.
