[ Tyr will be taking up that offer to hit Yuri, especially since he can already see that this is going to be worse than his own trade (lack of pulse or not!). Regardless of how "necessary" it is, Tyr does not need this right now. He's pretty sure Estelle doesn't need this right now, either (assuming she wasn't in on it either).

Something about the tone of the message and the fact he wrote "you guys" makes Tyr think he's not going to get a real response back or be able to do anything, but he'll still try. ]

You don't even know what you're trading for? You're an idiot, Yuri. There are worse things than losing a heartbeat.

[ In a way, it makes sense, but Tyr still has trouble totally accepting it. His voice softens as he thinks about it. ]

Maybe you are cursed... Being on different sides didn't stop you before.

[notflynn]

[Sighs.]

Estelle was surprised, too.

[But every time he tries to think about it, he gets a splitting headache.]

[stargathering]

[ So it can't just be something from the City. Estelle hasn't been around that long, after all. ]

Because it's not normal. Flynn is more than just a knight.

[He crosses his arms]

Well if you like him so much, why don't you go talk to him instead?

Because the point is that I'm not going to be the one making sure you don't do something reckless.

I'll tell him something's wrong with you, though.

[notflynn]

[He waves his hand dismissively, already heading back to the living room with the doggy and kitties.]

[ Annoying. He sighs, and thinks about just leaving, but... ]

Hold on. There's something I want to do first.

[ And walking after him-! ]

[notflynn]

[He turns on his heel, so over this conversation, to raise an eyebrow at Tyr.]

[stargathering]

[ Without a warning, he swings a punch to Yuri's face. ]

You still deserve this for being an idiot for making that trade!

[notflynn]

The hell--

[He stumbles back a little- it hurt, but he's had worse. Hand on cheek, he gives Tyr a somewhat sharp look.]

Whatever I did- I'm not the guy you knew before. Don't confuse us.

[stargathering]

[ Tyr wasn't trying to break his jaw, after all. He takes a few steps back himself, and he's not sure if it's so Yuri doesn't hit him or so he doesn't hit Yuri again. ]

Of course you're not the same person; you were stupid enough to give away a part of your life.

[notflynn]

[And the shooting headache combined with the jaw pain blanks out most of what Tyr said. He winces, looks away to massage at his temple.]

Then why are you still here?

[stargathering]

I'm leaving now.

[ His eyes linger on Yuri a little longer, wondering what's wrong with his temple, but he'll let Estelle take care of it. He doubts there's anything Yuri would let him do about it even if he could. Which reminds him- ]

I might come back later to see Estelle or Flynn. [ Said mostly as a warning, but without Rita there, he doesn't have an excuse to hang around all the time. He turns away and starts for the door. ]

[notflynn]

Like I said. Do what you want.

[He turns around again, but pauses until he at least hears the door shut.]

[stargathering]

[ Tyr doesn't. He walks straight to the door, closes it, and walks back home. He doesn't really feel better even after punching him... ]
