I'm glad to hear that you're finally doing better. Hope you continue to make steady improvement and get cleared to go back on your sub.

Have they pieced together what the problem is or just lucked into something working for you?

Mostly lucked into what works. They know what the nerve issue is and the heart issues is making them(Navy,Yale university and John Hoppkins) scratching there heads.
