There's... no set schedule for the kidnapping. I generally keep a rough number... but they happen so quickly. The most we can do is keep the patrols going around as much as possible.

The Blue Rogues usually handle them, though others have assisted them from time to time... unfortunately, the drop offs seem to be at times when the least people are around. None of it is especially precise.
