What the hell?

Oh, sixth film, you disappoint me. Not so much about the Remus/Tonks stuff- even though it's a pity Natalie Tena has never really gotten anything to do, I can see why they cut that out. (I do like them as a pairing, but they're hardly critical to the story, and I'll even admit that their relationship was rather poorly done in canon, ( Read more... )

I haven't read Twilight either, I was starting to feel as if I'm the only young woman in the world who hasn't! It's the kind of thing that I expect would either be an entertaining guilty pleasure, or truly dire.

... No funeral for Dumbledore? :(

I've felt like the only one who hasn't read it, either! Glad to know I'm not alone. :)

I know! It makes me so sad- I mean, think of all the emotional impact it could've had! Sigh. I hope we at least get like a 2-second shot of the White Tomb.

Kinda important. Just a bit. I'm trying to figure out how they are going to end the film---cause cutting from the lightning struck tower scene, to the trio leaving Hogwarts like whatever, no big deal, does not sound like a good idea (in fact, that sounds like the end of GOF and I REALLY did not like that movie). UGH, Steve Kloves why do you have to mess with a good thing? Maybe they are going to move the funeral to the beginning to the 7th movie?? Ugh, it's still a bad idea ( ... )

...yeah, exactly. It's going to be very weird. I guess they could go the shocker route and just end on dead!Dumbledore, but I doubt they'd do that- it's too open-ended. Or they could end it with, "I'm going to kill Voldemort- but first, I'm going to kill Severus Snape (DUN DUN DUN)," or something to that effect. Urgh, my scenarios keep getting worse and worse! And I get that it would be sort of a pain to get all those actors together for a big funeral scene- but then again, they do it for the start of school dinner every time ( ... )

Everytime I watch GOF, I hate it a little more. I love the scene in the graveyard, but that is about it. Yeah, they left out the Fudge vs. Dumbledore awesomeness and re-wrote Dumbledore's speech he gives to the school about Cedric that absolutely did NOT need to have a word changed. This is why I half excited half dreading a 2 part Deathly Hallows. It could be AWESOME, but---it's Kloves. So it could really suck.

"I'm going to kill Voldemort- but first, I'm going to kill Severus Snape (DUN DUN DUN)," HAHAHAHAHA, and then it cuts to Harry shooting a curse straight into the camera a la James Bond and the Dark Mark explodes on the screen. AHH! Let's stop giving them more ideas.

It's a weird thing how sometimes it's just nice to have something to hate, you know? This is exactly how I feel about Rachel Ray ( ... )

Ugh! HATE.

And I agree with you about the potential awesomeness/dreadfulness of DH. Friggin' Kloves.

HEEE- Harry as James Bond would be so amazingly horrible!

Ooh, Rachel Ray. Yeah, I've never really watched her show, but she seems really shouty and irritating to me. Use your indoor voice, Rachel!

Ah, I see. Well, that's good that your friend isn't a super-hardcore fan and you two can laugh about the Twilight books together.

Ha, I think I will, as soon as I get my lazy self down to the library- I cannot resist the horribleness! And I'm sure I'll end up spamming my f-list with reaction posts every five minutes. :)
