Originally written for the Doomed Pairing Ficathon, but someone else filled the prompt first. Still, knowing the trouble it takes me to write even the tiniest thing, I thought I'd share. I'm still not entirely happy with it, but I figure if I wait til I'm absolutely satisfied, I'll be waiting forever.
