Carson could write a manual on how to deal with military in medicine, with whole chapters on the SGC and another on a certain ex-Runner. Then write another entire manual on scientists, aka, Rodney Mckay. Both needed to be handled with certain care and Carson was learning new tricks everyday. The needle one was just an old favorite that never lost it's potency.
