*Now that the flashes are over and everything has calmed down after that fire the other night, Charlie went in search of Claire.  They had yet to sit and talk and Charlie was curious about how things had ended for her.  Did she die?  Did the monster kill her?  Did she somehow get off the island?  He had to know

Turning off the shower, Claire places a towel around herself before using another to begin drying her hair. She hears Charlie calling out after a few minutes and moves from the room, to meet him.

Hey. What's up?

*Charlie smiled, glad to see her in a good mood.*

Hey sweetie. I was just wondering about that last flash we had. Did you remember anything interesting this time around?

The flashes really hadn't been too bad, so him bringing it up didn't dampen her mood immediately. She smiled a bit more.

Well.. I got on a plane.. and we left the island.

*Charlie's grin widened, feeling like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. She had survived and gotten away from this place, which was exactly what he had wanted for her. It hadn't yet occurred to him that she was here now or why she was here now. What mattered was that she was alive*
