Mother's Day....

*Charlie woke up, remembering what day it was.  Mother's Day.  He didn't know if Claire wanted to celebrate it, but she was a mother.  She had a son, somewhere in the world.  She deserved to be pampered on this day.  Especially after all the flashes and the new memories.  Today should be a day where she can forget all of that.

When Claire finally woke up, she rolled over before noticing the note and flower on his pillow. She sat up before reading it and smiling to herself. Just as quickly she got up and dressed, taking the flower with her as she headed out.

She found the petals and started to follow them, making her way through the jungle and actually surprised he had been able to make such a clear path in this setting.

After awhile, she reached the end and spotted Charlie with his guitar and a picnic set up. She smiled before walking over.

So, what's all this?

She had totally forgotten about Mother's Day but smiled when Charlie put it out there. It would have been nice to have Aaron there but that was impossible.

Thanks, Charlie. This is great.

The best thing to do would be enjoy this and forget about the fact that Aaron wasn't there. She could still enjoy herself with just Charlie.
