Anakin holds the ranks of knight and general and I'm fine with Oswald talking about it, especially since Ani'll be able to pick up on his non-human qualities pretty easily. ^^
INTRIGUING. I've got three characters that might/would apply, and while I don't know if/when they'd get a chance to talk, better safe than sorry, and I like doing these things anyway :|b So! Bear with me here:
wingenvy was part of the Shinra Corporation militia, and his rank was SOLDIER, First Class.
notakor was part of the Barsburg Empire's special forces cadets, so... well, he's probably just a cadet, lol. He'd only just passed an important graduating test so he's nobody important, but military is military.
mirrorbirth is... slightly more complicated. Given his numerous titles in the game, when you stick it all together his full title is Special Operative Commander Locrian Colonel God-General Asch the Bloody, but he also holds the title of Maestro. It's extremely tl;dr, I know.
secondshitennou - in canon he's referred to as a Shitennou, basically also a general
ofbluelightning - He'd ping, but I honestly have no idea what actual rank he held. It never really said in canon, he was just referred to in a formal manner like anyone important in the armies would be.
blackenedchaos - I'm so tempted to just say his rank is "crazy demon for hire" because it is oh so true. I really don't know what to say here, because like with Flik, no actual rank seems to ever get given (though he was somewhat implied to be a general in the first game), but at the same time, he's seen in so many different roles. Crazy demon for hire might just be the best thing to say.
wishesofdestiny - The actual rank he held in canon was Stragos, which is basically the military tactician
( ... )
And if Oswald gets anything off evil characters, Yuber is definitely outright evil. Loves to murder for his own pleasure and stuff like that. Even if Oswald can't detect that, he'll figure out pretty fast that Yuber is indeed a demon, crazy, and loves to kill. Yep, he's gained a rep already around here.
Erim is a goddess of death and technically falls under being evil, but more a technicality, she doesn't act it one bit. Nephrite is a part of the Dark Kingdom in his canon and also counts as evil but doesn't totally act it either (though far more than Erim does).
